Thanks, Stacey. Neptune conjunct the Midheaven is a big one, and you describe the experience of it perfectly! I have 2 friends with this placement and they are both spiritual teachers / healers. They both also went through period of having no idea what their vocation is, and lots of confusion. Clint Eastwood also has Neptune conjunct Midheaven and so for him it plays out through films (also symbolised by Neptune because they are about the creation of an illusion / fantasy). Photography is another great way to manifest higher Neptune here.
